Insurance companies we are working with

If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact us to explore options for a single-case agreement. Insurance companies often negotiate individual contracts to cover applied behavior analysis (ABA) services provided by out-of-network providers. We can assist you in determining your insurance benefits and payment options.

Please be aware that insurance companies in the USA typically cover ABA therapy only after an evaluation has been conducted and an official diagnosis.  This diagnosis must be made by a qualified professional such as a physician (e.g., pediatrician, pediatric psychiatrist, or neurologist) or a licensed psychologist. If the diagnosis was made in another country, it is essential to have it reviewed and confirmed by a licensed professional within the United States to ensure it meets the insurance requirements for coverage. While ABA therapy is primarily covered for ASD, it may also be covered for other developmental and behavioral disorders, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and other related behavioral challenges, depending on the specific policies of the insurance provider. Coverage varies, so it is important to check with your insurance company to understand which disorders are eligible for ABA therapy under your plan.
